Mission:

Proper implementation of the responsibilities conferred on the organization for the implementation of national and international commitments. Prepared in the fields of awareness building, efficiency enhancement and equal opportunities for establishing socio-economic development, achieving independence, transforming skilled manpower, social and political rights etc.
